My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The room was very comfortable, clean, and up to date. The service from the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the events I attended, and the dining experience was amazing and very clean. However, the facilities were not available like juice someone took keys so they were unable to use it. The hotel is definitely worth considering for your next trip.
The hotel is conveniently located on a main road about 10 miles from Chattanooga, close to beautiful Chester Frost Park, shops, and plazas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but some areas need better attention to cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful, but with some minor exceptions. The breakfast had a good selection, but some items were unavailable. Overall, a decent stay considering the value for money.
